When you use a form we collect the details you enter (such as name, company, email, phone and message) to answer your request, assess a commercial proposal or send the newsletter you asked for. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in replying, or your consent for the newsletter.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not load third-party trackers. Fonts are served from our own server.
Who processes the data
Form submissions are stored by our hosting provider on our behalf. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing or withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@sinergon.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or to your local supervisory authority.
